FramExtractor has the possibility to extract frames from movie-files and save them as a bitmap.
Basically, the program takes a screenshot of a selected frame; each time a frame is saved,
a little snapshot-icon will appear in the traybar. A selected frame will be saved as a Windows Bitmap (*.bmp).
